Welcome to the Bits of C.J. Booking Portal (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Bits of C.J. is a division of Strong Avenue Creative, L.L.C. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our appointment booking system, powered by Bookly.
By booking a session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Services Offered
We provide:
- Free Discovery Calls | 30 minute sessions to explore potential development projects.
- Paid Technical Consultations | One-on-one sessions billed at a fixed rate for code review, debugging, or tech guidance.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into contracts. By booking, you confirm that you meet these criteria.
3. Booking & Payments
- Book appointments through our online booking tool.
- Free discovery calls are limited to one per person or organization.
- Paid consultations must be prepaid using our secure payment system.
- Pricing and availability are subject to change but won’t affect already confirmed bookings.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows for paid sessions may not be refunded.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen issues, in which case you’ll be offered a refund or rescheduled time.
5. No Guarantees or Warranties
We aim to offer high-quality technical advice, but the service is provided “as is” with no guarantees of specific outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
Any materials or code discussed or shared during consultations remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Record sessions without consent.
- Share or distribute session content without written permission.
8. Privacy
We handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of our services.
10. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted here. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of any updates.
